Spartan Overview

    The Spartan Group is comprised of two divisions — Spartan Management and Spartan Properties.

    Spartan Management owns and operates a network of new franchised automotive dealerships across the Western United States, with locations in California, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

    Spartan Properties focuses on the ownership, development, and management of real estate that supports our dealerships and a variety of additional commercial projects.

    WE are a decentralized organization, and we understand wholeheartedly that our success depends completely on our relationships with our employees, customers, and our manufacturer partners.

    WE measure performance primarily through employee growth & retention, customer satisfaction, new vehicle market share, and return on investment.
  4. 4Facilities
    Every Spartan Management, LLC Dealership will have a Manufacturer Approved Facility.
  5. 5Capitalization
    All Spartan Management, LLC Dealerships will be Capitalized at or above the Manufacturer’s Working Capital Guide.
  6. 6Leadership
    Each Spartan Management, LLC Dealership is Managed by an onsite Manufacturer Approved General Manager.
  7. 7Brand Cohesion
    Each Manufacturer spends hundreds of millions of dollars to establish their brand. Our Dealerships will work cohesively with their individual Manufacturer to promote their franchise. Each Dealership’s brand identity is developed from a combination of their individual franchise and location.

    Each Spartan Management, LLC Dealership operates independently of one another. There is no co-mingling or shared assets between any of the Dealerships.

    Every Spartan Management, LLC Dealership can expand and grow its operations on its own.
